This book was launched in 1994 and comprises a detailed chronological and thematic compilation of all reported case law since the beginning of law reporting in 1861. The substantive areas of law covered include administrative law, law of insurance, commercial law, labour law, company law, law of contract, law of property, law of contempt, injunctions, family law, constitutional law, leases, revenue law, law of tort and conflict of laws. The procedural and jurisdictional aspects of the law as well as the law of evidence are also covered .
Company Law of Mauritius
This book was first launched in 1997 and was subsequently re edited in 2002 upon the change of legislation brought about by the new Companies Act 2001. This work is the first of its kind and combines detailed research of company law with a user friendly approach to the subject.

The Mauritius Reports is an official publication, expressly authorised by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, which compiles the most significant judgments in a year.
